    Golfer’s Insurance Package offers full coverage for loss and damage to golf clubs and equipment (except golf balls and golf tees) caused by fire, lightning, thunderbolt, robbery, burglary, housebreaking, larceny, theft, or accidental means while in any recognized golf course anywhere in the world. The extended cover protects your golf clubs anywhere in the Philippines.

   This insurance package protects you against damages and legal suits in respect of accidents caused while you are practicing or playing golf in any recognized golf course anywhere in the world that would result to bodily injury and/or damage to property of third parties.

   While practicing or playing golf worldwide, all golfers not more than 70 years of age may avail of reimbursements for Accidental Death, Dismemberment &/or Disablement Benefit and all Medical Expenses. The plan shall also pay reasonable medical and other incidental expenses to a caddy or tee girl who sustains accidental injury caused while you are playing or practicing golf.

   With your hole-in-one, you are given not only a drinks blowout allowance but also a cash prize as well to celebrate this treasured moment.

   Limit = P25,000

In-play damage to any golf club of Insured with P200 deductible any one loss.
   Limit = P 4,000

Third Party Liability whilst playing golf subject to jurisdiction of the Philippines.
   Limit any one occurrence = P500,000
   Aggregate annual limit = P500,000

Personal Accident cover of insured.
   Death limit = P100,000
   Disability limit = P100,000

Medical expenses for caddies accidentally injured by insured.
   Limit = P10,000

HOLE-IN-ONE cash settlement with Certificate of Achievement.

Insurance Companies require all policy purchasers to provide an originally-signed application or purchase form to be sent via mail or courier through OMNI.
