WHAT IS GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE

THE LIABILITIES COVERED
General Public Liability Insurance
protects the
Insured against his legal liabilities in connection with the
operation of his business.
Based on the terms, exception and
conditions contained or endorsed in the policy, the policy
will indemnify the Insured for liability in respect of
accident happening at the premises of the Insured resulting
in:

death of or bodily injury to the person not being a
member of the Insured’s family or household nor a person who
at the time of the accident is engaged in and upon the service
of the Insured
-
damage to property not belonging to nor held in trust
by nor in the custody or control of the Insured’s family or
a person on behalf of the Insured
up to the limits mentioned in the
Schedule, the exceptions and conditions contained or endorsed
in the policy in respect of any one person or any one accident
or any one period of insurance.
EMPLOYER’S LIABILITY INSURANCE

WHAT THE EMPLOYER’S LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERS

PREMIUM REQUIRED
The Employer’s Liability Insurance Policy
provides an indemnity to the Employer In respect of liability
at law to pay damages as a result of death, bodily injury or
disease sustained by employees arising out of and in the
course of their employment with the policyholder; and in
addition, cover in respect of
-
liability to pay claimant’s cost and expenses and
-
all other costs and expenses incurred with the
Company’s consent subject to the Workmen’s Compensation
legislation.
Premiums depend on the trades and
professions concerned. Quotations will be given on receipt of
a completed proposal.
