This Philippines-based and registered company
is a licensed all-lines direct insurance
brokerage firm placing insurance on risks
located primarily in the Philippines.
Incorporated in 1979, OMNI focused
on the Expatriate community in the Philippines
and began its business with specialization in medical,
life and accident insurance plans. Within
two years the company expanded into servicing
all lines of general commercial, industrial and
personal insurance. Currently, with over 3000
policies being serviced, OMNI
ranks in the top half of all insurance
brokerages in Manila.
OMNI places client insurance
policies with over 40 major local --and
international-- insurance and pre-need firms.
Today OMNI is well respected
throughout the Philippines insurance industry as
well as the Expatriate community it primarily
serves. No policy is considered too small or too
big for the resourceful and innovative
professionals at OMNI. The firm's
staff frequently networks with a host of
specialized underwriters, who work with selected
insurance companies. Currently OMNI's
insurance portfolio is made of 30% each fire,
motor and personal insurance lines --with the
balance in other miscellaneous lines.

Consultants, Inc. The President and Chairman of
all three firms is an American who resides in
Manila.
OMNI Capital (Far East) Ltd. :
- In 1971, this first OMNI company
was incorporated in Hong Kong. It was set up to
provide various financial services (including
insurance brokerage) to the Expatriate community
worldwide with focus on those living and working
in Asia. Services included a full line of
insurance products but mainly focused on
personal insurance plans such as worldwide
medical, life, accident and disability income.
Incorporated and managed by Expats, OMNI
Capital marketed its services to Expats involved
in the Vietnam War, the construction industry
and also the ASEAN oilfields. Business spread
through customer referrals to other Expats
around the globe. Today the company handles the
insurance needs for thousands of families on
practically every continent.Most of the Expatriate accounts handled by OMNI
are tailored worldwide individual, family and
group medical
insurance plans underwritten primarily by
"Pacific International" or "GlobalHealth".
Besides health insurance the company places life,
accident, kidnap and ransom, medical emergency
assistance plans, disability income and other
hard-to-place insurance policies. Currently
the company is expanding the number of suppliers
of Expatriate personal insurance programs,
especially worldwide medical insurance plans.
"BUPA", "ProMedico" and
"Goodhealth" have recently been added.
Though OMNI Capital is
incorporated in Hong Kong, OMNI
Insurance Brokers (Philippines) provides much of
the liaison services required from its Manila
office and either office may be contacted on any
further inquiry.
OMNI Expatriate Benefits
Association. Ltd. (Hong Kong) - OEBA was
incorporated in 1990 as a membership association
of expatriates living around the world. The
purpose of the association is to provide its
members with access to various goods and
services at a discount or with special
privileges awarded. Unlike OMNI
Capital, which handles tailored medical plans
and other special risks, OEBA focuses on buyers
of only standard designs of off-the-shelf
medical plans. These standard worldwide medical
insurance policies are today a major source of
business for OEBA. Members who purchase their
plans through the Association enjoy discounts of
5-10%. This means that OEBA is one of the most
competitive sources of worldwide medical
insurance in the international marketplace.
Currently discount agreements exist with Pacific
International and GlobalHealth. Besides medical
insurance OEBA members are able to obtain
dental, life, accident, travel and other
personal lines, some with discounts and some
without.
